Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Senior Brand Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. You’ll play a key role in designing brands that feel contemporary, versatile, and cohesive, with a strong focus on how they translate to digital platforms and long-form communication. From crafting compelling visual identities to defining how brands live in whitepapers, websites, and animated content, this role requires a balance of creativity and practicality.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and refine brand identities to align with client goals and audiences., ensuring they’re built for modern use across websites, digital advertising, whitepapers, and motion.
• Create assets that work effectively across various formats, including responsive web design, print-ready whitepapers, and animated content.
• Provide guidance on how the brand can evolve over time to stay relevant and impactful.
  
• Deliver clear, well-organised brand guidelines and documentation.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years' experience, with proven experience as a Senior Brand Designer or similar role.
• Expertise in designing brands that feel native to digital environments, with a strong understanding of typography and long-form layouts.
• A strong portfolio showcasing work across websites, digital advertising, motion, and long-form content (bonus for experience in video/animation tools).
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to connect brand design to business objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to justify creative decisions.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for balancing creativity with functionality.
